These Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") outline what you can expect from us and the responsibilities you assume when booking with us. The terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to Blue Springs Travel, and "you" refers to the individual agreeing to these terms.
General Terms & Conditions
- By booking with Blue Springs Travel, LLC, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, including cancellation policies. Any payment constitutes acceptance of this Agreement.
- Policies, procedures, and terms may change at the sole discretion of airlines, hotels, transportation companies, cruise lines, or other providers involved in your booking.
Booking Information
- TSA regulations require you to provide your full name (as it appears on your travel documents), date of birth, and gender when booking. This is necessary for watch-list screening. For more details, visit tsa.gov.
- To confirm your reservation, you must provide all required booking information and pay the applicable deposit per person, including full payment for Travel Protection (if selected).
- We reserve the right to cancel your booking if the balance is not paid by the due date.
Responsibility for Travel Requirements
You assume full and complete responsibility for verifying all passport, visa, vaccination, or other entry requirements for your destination(s).
- U.S. travelers should consult the U.S. State Department or call the State Department for the most accurate information.Passport and Travel Documentation
- Passport Books are required for international air travel. If it can't be stamped, you can't travel.
- Most countries require your passport to be valid for at least six (6) months beyond your travel dates.
- Beginning May 7, 2025, residents of every U.S. state and territory will be required to present a REAL ID-compliant driver license or ID card, or another form of ID accepted by the Transportation Security Administration (TSA), to board federally regulated domestic flights. - For international travel, ensure you meet passport and visa requirements for your destination. Visit: U.S. State Department - Passports.
- You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the correct travel documents for your destination. Refunds will not be issued for incorrect or incomplete documentation.
Liability Disclaimer
- If a travel service provider cannot fulfill their contracted services, your remedy lies with the provider, not Blue Springs Travel, LLC.
- If Blue Springs Travel, LLC incurs costs (e.g., attorney fees) to recover payments charged back by your credit card company, you agree to be liable for these costs.
